Women Empowering Women: Advisor Mentorship Program
The WLA Mentorship program provides opportunities for women to receive 1:1 support and professional development from other women in the financial advising profession. WLA mentees include women from around the country seeking to further their financial advising career to fulfill their personal vision of success. WLA mentors are women from throughout the financial advising profession who are “paying it forward” by contributing their time, expertise, and support to empower other women to thrive as financial advisors.

We truly believe a career path in this profession for women is one of the “best kept secrets” in the industry. The Women’s Leadership Alliance is dedicated to showing young women choosing a career, or mid-career women who are looking for a change that this profession is a very rewarding option.
