Our “WHY”

Only 18% of Financial Advisors are Women.

*Source: Cerulli Associates 2023

For decades, the number of women in the financial advisory profession has hovered around 18%. The time has come to take a bigger piece of that pie. We truly believe a career path in this profession for women is one of the “best kept secrets” in the industry. The Women’s Leadership Alliance is dedicated to showing young women choosing a career, or mid-career women who are looking for a change that this profession is a very rewarding option. If you can’t be what you can’t see, then successful female financial professionals need to be seen. We start here by sharing our stories.

We will Educate, Engage and Lead. Join us. Together we can change the conversation.
