Now Open! 2023-2024 Mentorship Program & Application

The WLA Mentor Program, now in its sixth year, has been designed to create opportunities for support and professional development to women on their path as financial planning professionals.
The intent is to provide learning and skill set building through 1:1 mentoring with other women who have found success as financial advising professionals. As a Mentee, you will have the opportunity to identify specific areas of professional development on which you would like to focus. You will be matched with a mentor who will work with you to support your defined goals.

Please complete the WLA 2023-24 Mentee Application by June 30, 2023.

For decades, the number of women in the financial advisory profession has hovered around 16%. The time has come to take a bigger piece of that pie. We truly believe a career path in this profession for women is one of the “best kept secrets” in the industry. The Women’s Leadership Alliance is dedicated to showing young women choosing a career, or mid-career women who are looking for a change that this profession is a very rewarding option. If you can’t be what you can’t see, then successful female financial professionals need to be seen. We start here by sharing our stories.
