It’s so easy to dwell on the challenges of 2020. There have been a lot! But there have also been many successes.

The Women’s Leadership Alliance has been able to extend our reach to more women considering a career in financial advising. We’ve also been able to help more women grow and thrive in this industry, which isn’t always easy. And we’re grateful for the ongoing donations and support that help fuel our mission.

Here’s a look at some of the things we can be thankful for this year, and opportunities we look forward to capturing in 2021.

Michelle brings nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry to the role of executive director of the WLA. She began her career at Northwestern Mutual Insurance, then joined Raymond James as a branch operations manager where she spent seven years overseeing the branch’s operations and compliance activity.
