That’s definitely been true for Traci Richmond, owner of The Meakem Group. Her vision has always been helping people.

She started out doing that as a lawyer. But even though she was successful and loved doing it, her outlook changed when her life changed.

She found that pivoting to a career where she could still connect with people in all walks of life, and help them plan for their future, while also making time for herself and her family, was a better fit.
